14 And when the hour was come , he sat down , and the twelve apostles with him. 15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer :16 For I say unto you , I will not any more eat thereof , until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks , and said , Take this, and divide it among yourselves: 18 For I say unto you , I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come . 19 And he took bread, and gave thanks , and brake it, and gave unto them, saying , This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 20 Likewise also the cup after supper , saying , This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Looking toward Passover!

MARK: One of the most fascinating things to realize, first off, they had the evening sacrifice, the morning sacrifice. They were at 9 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. At 9 in the morning is when they would

offer up the Passover lamb. Well in Mark, it says that Yeshua, Jesus, was bound to the cross the third hour of the day.

So the very moment that the high priest was binding the Passover lamb to the alter at the dress rehearsal, they're binding Yeshua to the cross. '

Then at 3 in the afternoon, the very moment the high priest is slaying the Passover lamb, that's when Messiah died. What's amazing, God had even planned the songs that were going to be sung at His Son's funeral.

They would always sing at the Passover what's called the hallel, which is Psalms 113 through Psalms 118. So at 9 in the morning, you'd hear all throughout Jerusalem, through all the hills, valleys, the Mount of Olives... Josephus said there were two and a half million Jews in Jerusalem at that time.

You could just hear the chorus outside. Everyone is singing Psalms

118, which is "Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the alter." Psalms 118 says "This is the day the Lord has made."

Why would we not want to keep this wonderful day…..?

Right now we are looking towards Passover at Messiah's Branch, we are praying hard that the electric is even on as we have shut off's with the warning things will be turned off come Monday. We do have faith that the Father will provide the little under $400 we need to keep the electric on come tomorrow.

I am also praying we can get out a newsletter as I am changing it the format of the Newsletter to something I have been praying about that will help better educate the people who receive it so it will be greater blessing and that it draws in more support that we lost from a bad year last year of missing at least 4 months of not sending it out as it is supposed to be a monthly publication.

Last year was a very hard year as just with online donations alone we lost roughly $8,000…that is not to say what happened with mail in donations.

The Problem? Most of the same people still donate but cannot afford the same amounts as their incomes have been less….yes we have gained some new supporters but it is getting harder to compete with all the other ministries online and that basically what you get online to people seems free…but that does not take into account that we put in some many hours to keep you informed, the books I read for radio, the hours spent trying to find radio guests, etc not a complaint just talking…

For you see For my house and I we just want to Serve The LORD our FATHER who is the KING of the UNIVERSE!

So please consider a Passover gift so HIS HOUSE called MESSIAH'S BRANCH can do this feast without anxiety and stress…
