At the Bus station we both cried tears of joy!
Greetings,
Today at :250 PM central the young girl, Pam, was purchased a one way ticket home to her daddy. Her journey, which we need to pray about, will take her as most bus trips though cities she has to lay over in, but she should be home about 7:20 AM!
I got in touch with her this afternoon think that she still had to find a bag and maybe would not be ready but she was raring to go!
My Son Elijah and I took her to the bus station where I cried with the young lady or girl as I would say as she really did not look even 18 but closer in age to my 13 year old son….but who am I to say she I could tell in my spirit needed to get home and that this was truth. Her Ordeal was not something she should have to go though.
Had you folks out there not rounded up the money for the trip she very well could have been kidnapped, placed in prostitution, raped, murdered, got hooked on drugs ( then she would for sure have gotten into selling her self) so many thing could have happened to her.
So again you folks just might have saved her life or at least gave her a more normal life back. When I first got to the Mission Church on Tuesday I felt her spirit, in fact I was almost though the back door when I turned around and looked at her and saw a pitiful look on her face, so I said " You look like you are not having a very good time?" She replied "Oh I need to talk to you about something".
A few minutes later I took her in the office heard her story and DID NOT JUDGE HER, I then prayed with her while I gave her a hug. She cried and I told her we would take her picture and place it out to our supporters…we had all the money needed by today!
She was so nervous she handed all the money to the man behind the counter at the bus station, he laughed and gave her change so of course she ended up with over $40 cash for the trip….Thanks again to you folks. It was not one person giving the money but 5 or 6 or 7 people, I have not counted….I pray you folks consider this because every donation to this ministry counts, one young woman who saw this on Facebook (I did not place it there) called me asked how to donate as she wanted to give her last $7….
People like her have been helped by the Mission Church many times, we would even help more but we have not the funds. Right now we are still in great peril of not having food or having bills turned off because of the summer.
So should we stop, first I would not know how to but this incident was an answer to a prayer of should we stop? The answer is no, no agency in Wichita buys bus tickets, there are no beds for women…..
Will we keep going I would suppose if The Father wills it, but folks HE uses people like you to get what he wants done…
Lift her in prayer that she arrives home safe, and lift us in prayer as we need help now before things get shut off,
